We are pleased to announce that Sinetra Lee, Practice Services Specialist, will be your new point of contact for the mySuccess program!
She will be contacting you monthly to discuss services that we offer through the program, assist with suggestions on how to utilize expiring points, conduct dashboard reviews, and for our Diamond members, supply orders.
Sinetra has been with Sonova for 11 years and is ready to support you, our very best customers and mySuccess members!
She recently stated “I’m excited to bring my customer service experience to Loyalty and Practice Services team as a PSS. I look forward to increasing my Sonova footprint and knowledge.”

Shana Chapman is the Practice Services Supervisor for at Sonova. ana has been in the hearing industry for over 15 years. She joined Sonova in May of 2019 after coming from a private audiology practice where she was a Patient Care Coordinator. Her favorite sounds are her family laughing and her niece and nephew’s giggles.
